But we have a debate going as to the best way to store our large blocks of cheese & the dried mushrooms. So I am asking for your input, Italian style! Grazie mille, Janine p.s. We were visiting nearby Parma, last autumn, as my husband's family originally came from Bardi. Such a beautiful area... we want to come back soon!
