I love porcini mushrooms--one just can't beat the flavor of them and the complexity they add to recipes. I had bought some small packages of dried porcini here in the USA and thought they were good, but when I ordered these from parmashop, I found these are much better. They are cleaner for one thing, and come as larger slices that appear more appetizing in recipes calling for slices of mushrooms. They rehydrate quickly--just 15-20 minutes in cool water.
