    "The courteous wine of the hills", is good for every occasion.
    Its colour is hay yellow, offering a fascinating and intense bouquet scent, highlighting a flowery and fruity character with notes of nuts, apricots, peaches and white flowers.
    Fresh palate, tasty and elegant with a characteristic aroma and a good aromatic persistence.
    With its spritzy personality and slightly aromatic perfume, which is typical of Malvasia, it is always inviting and never disappointing.
  • Grapes: Aromatic Malvasia of Candia 100%
  • Vine training method: Guyot.
  • Average age of the vineyard: 15/30 years
  • Champagne Method: long Charmat method
  • Vinification: contact with peel, at low temperature, before fermentation to take the parfume;
  • Colour: hay yellow;
  • Approaches: in Parma it is drunk as an aperitif and then with Parma ham, salame and light food of Parmeasan cuisine.
  • Best served cool at a temperature of 8-10 °C. This wine has both a rich and fresh taste, classic of Malvasia, in balance with the bottle age.

    Wines as per this method really represent a renewal in the tradition wake of Emilia wines.
