    This red wine takes its reach and strong taste from Barbera 75% and Bonarda grapes 25%.
    It is blackberry parfumed and lightly sparkling.
  • Vinification: traditional, in contact with peels for about 7-8 days
  • Approaches:meat issues, particularly the stuffed meats of Parmeasan cuisine

    Wines from Monte delle Vigne are joined together thanks to their name and their land of origin: the country and hills around Parma.
    This is what is intended for 'renewal in the tradition wake': the true renewal does not forget the past, but does include it.
